| The Blue Caboose is owned and managed by the Lima-Allen County Convention & Visitors Bureau and staffed by nearly 30 volunteers. These Tourism Specialists give their time, enthusiasm, and knowledge to welcoming visitors to Lima and Allen County by providing local, state, and regional information and printed materials for inquisitive travelers.
The Caboose is open seasonally from the end of May to Labor Day.

David O. Selznick, famed Hollywood producer, has a problem. He's three weeks into shooting his latest historical epic, Gone with the Wind, but the script just isn't working. His solution? Fire the director, pull Victor Fleming off The Wizard of Oz, and lock himself, Fleming, and script doctor Ben Hecht in his office for five days until they have a screenplay.

This is the 26th annual O'Reilly Auto Parts Spring 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals.
The 4-Wheel Jamboree is a family event geared toward the truck enthusiast. The event is made up of participants (4x4 enthusiasts who come to display their truck for the weekend and compete in the racing events and show), spectators, vendors and sponsors.
The Allen County Fairgrounds will crawl with more than 2,000 4-wheel drive vehicles from the U.S. and Canada for a powerhouse off-road weekend.
